Curated by the Macmillan Space Centre and featuring graphics and information gathered by Sensea, Stargazer will help you discover the immensity and complexity of the universe. Come across the “space race” timeline and see scale replicas of rockets, space stations, and satellites!

CSA ZONE: SPACE TO SPOON

Space to Spoon is a hands-on experience with stunning graphics and interactive elements for visitors of all ages. It demonstrates how space technology benefits Canadian farmers and sustainable agriculture. Space to Spoon was developed by Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, in collaboration with the Canadian Space Agency.

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Step into a mesmerizing room with 270º wall and floor-projections, and try the VR experience where you can walk with astronauts in space at the International Space Station. This entertaining and educational experience is sure to fascinate guests of all ages!

What can I expect from STARGAZER?

Stargazer is a multisensory, immersive experience that will transport you to the wonders of the universe and our quest to understand and explore all it’s . There are five distinct experiences including sections curated by the MacMillan Space Center (Vancouver), a timeline about the “space race”, a scale version of the Apollo Lunar Excursion Module (LEM), exhibits from the Canadian Space Center thru Ingenium, a 270-degree wall and floor projected video, and the VR Production: Apollo 11 Quest using Oculus Quest2 VR Goggles.

Where is the event located?

The event will take place at Tsawwassen Mills (5000 Canoe Pass Way). Located close to entrance 3, between Marshalls and Winners.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes, we have a souvenir shop and the opportunity for a special green-screen photo to commemorate your visit.

How long will the experience last?

The visit will take around 55 to 60 minutes.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store

We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App. It will be possible to purchase tickets on site, but please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.

Do you offer discounts for Seniors or Families?

Yes, our regular admission prices have special lower prices for Seniors and Families.

What is included in the ticket price?

Our regular admission prices are all inclusive of the 5 experiences including Virtual Reality (VR) with fees and taxes extra.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Is this a child-friendly environment?

All ages welcome, 3 & under free.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

This is a timed entry event (every 30 minutes) so it is recommended that you arrive within 5 minutes of the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, smoking or vaping, external food/beverages or anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Will restrooms be available on site?

There are restrooms available in the Mall within easy walking distance.

Special Accommodations and ADA requests?

The exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs and is an Access2 participant. This means that people with disabilities with a personalized Access2 card are granted 1 free admission for a support person upon presenting their ticket.

Is there parking nearby?

Free parking is available at the Mall. We recommend that you enter at Entry 4, we are located between Winners and Marshalls.

MISCELLANEOUS

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe. We are confirming all Provincial Ministry of Health recommendations and our staff have a COVID plan and training. Our Covid Guarantee is that if your event is canceled due to Covid restrictions we will reschedule you at the next available date and time at no cost or refund in full.

Should I wear a mask?

As we follow the latest Public Health Officer guidelines, masks are mandatory for our guests and staff to wear. We do not require guests to show a Vaccine Passport.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers (no flash). Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Do you have a program for schools?

Yes, contact us at admin@sensea.show for any requests concerning school and homeschool bookings.

Do you offer group discounts?
